Our Condominium is in the first "mid rise" building, and has great
views of the Gulf, Lake Powell, and the large main pool. The bedroom
has a King bed and plenty of closet space. The living room has a
great view of the gulf & a queen size sleeper sofa. Fully-equipped
kitchen,table for 6. washer/dryer in unit, and a large deck with
chairs and table to enjoy the view. (no stairs IN unit)

The resort has two pools, sauna, library, lighted boat slips, boat &
bike rentals, tennis courts, shuffleboard, grill/picnic area,
playground, and beautifully
