unit, a 1 bdrm 1 bath and a 2 bdrm 1 bath. Fully furnished, clean  
and comfortable. Situated in the quite and safe island community of  
The Don Cesar Place, nestled across from Lazarillo Park, in the  
shadows of the historic Don Cesar Resort and Spa. 
Tucked away off the beaten track, enjoy balmy breezes in a beautiful  
lush tropical garden of hibiscus, bird of paradise, oleander,  
bougainvillea, doted with mature palm trees and the sounds of bird  
life. 
Relax, entertain and BBQ in the back garden, or enjoy morning coffee  
on the front patio.  
A short 2 minute walk down to the fine white sandy beaches and  
crystal clear turquoise water of the sea. Enjoy a leisurely stroll  
picking up sea shells, watching the dolphins and pelicans out at the  
fishing pier, or just spend your day frolicking and lollygagging in  
the ocean. 
Enjoy happy hour and live music most afternoons and evenings at the

A reservation deposit of 50% is required upon booking.

A non-refundable cleaning fee of $65.00 to $100.00 is required. 
A 12% Florida tax is to be added to above rates. 
Add 10% to rates for holiday weekends.
