Off Season (May 1st thru Oct. 31st)-------$1,400 per month
Early Winter(Nov. 1st thru Dec 31st)-------$2,200 per month
Peak Season(Jan. 1st thru April 31st)-----$2,500 per month

Minimum 2 months stay from January thru April. 1 month minimum
stay for all other months.
Rates include all utilities for the months of Nov. thru April.
Renters are responsible for payment of only electric utilities
during the months of May thru October. High speed internet is
available at renters expense.
Security deposit of $1,000 is required and fully refundable if left
clean.
Non-refundable cleaning deposit of $200.
Non-refundable pet deposit of $150.
All deposit fees are due at booking and 1st months rent is due 30
days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: All deposits and payments are refundable if
provided 90 day notice and dates are re-booked.
