Very Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in St George

Condo in the center of St George on quiet tree lined street. We have
2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and it's own bath. The other
one has two twin beds and a bath. We also have a futon mattress that
can sleep two more and a comfortable couch so that you can sleep up
to 7. The bathrooms are newly remodeled. The kitchen is a little
older but clean and stocked with everything you should need to cook.
We have a washer and dryer inside the condo for those who are
staying longer and may need to use it. You will need to provide your
own laundry detergent.

We are just a few blocks from Dixie College and 3-4 blocks from the
LDS Temple. We are also close to Zions National Park, Tuacahn
Theatre, Cedar City's Shakespearean Festival, Lake Powell and
Brian Head Ski Resort. There are many hiking and biking
trails just a few miles away. We have the St. George Marathon, the
Senior Games and many other year round activities because of our
beautiful weather. Come join us in Utah's Dixie.

We do not charge seasonal rates. We are the same price year round.

There is a $50.00 cleaning fee no matter how long you stay. If you
are staying for an extended amount of time and would like fresh
linens and have the Condo cleaned, it is $45.00 per extra cleaning.
