Non-Prime Rental Fees:
• $125 / Night (2 night minimum plus $50 Cleaning Fee)
• $750 / Week
• $2,250 / Month

Prime Rental Fees:
• $150 / Night (2 night minimum plus $50 Cleaning Fee)
• $1,000 / Week
• $2,700 / Month

Security Deposit equal to the daily, weekly, or monthly rate will be 
due upon confirmation.

For leases which are 6 months or greater, please use the Non-Prime 
rate.
