Vacation Rental Description

Condo is spacious flat (1 floor) that has just been completely  
remodeled to be just like new.  It is over 1300 square feet and  
contains:  large fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room,  
windowed bay area with 2 balconies that overlook the water and large  
beach area. There are 2 TV's, 1TV with DVD/VCR in Living Room,1  
TV/DVD in Bedroom, Cable and a stereo that plays CD's.  Master  
bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub in bathroom with doors to a private  
balcony.  Second bedroom window looks out to Gulf of  
Mexico with a 2nd bath steps from bedroom door.  The washer/dryer is  
conveniently located in the unit.  Complex has a very nice pool that  
can be viewed from the balconies with a large private beach.  The  
building has an elevator and private parking below the unit that is  
covered.  Many of the occupants in this complex live here year  
round and so it is a quiet complex with not many rental units. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our end of the island is very narrow and most of the island has only  
one road with little traffic. The condo complex is the last on the  
island and surrounded by parks for quiet enjoyment.  It is  
approximately 3 miles from the boardwalk and the center of Pensacola  
Beach so you can be at the heart of the island if you prefer.  There  
are many resort type activities here including all types of water  
sports and marinas.  The marinas have sailboats, waverunner,  
pontoons, parasailing, windsurfing and deep sea fishing. The 1/4  
mile long pier is great for fishing with no permit required.  A  
lively boardwalk in the center of town has live bands and great  
seafood and Mexican restaurants, along with bars and an active  
nightlife, and volleyball in the daytime. Some of the best seafood  
you can imagine with fine dining and fast food equally delicious.   
In the summer there is a free trolley for those who don't want to  
drive and the condo is within walking distance of one of the best  
restaurants and bars on the island.  All this is not very pricey and  
you can enjoy much of the island for free.   

Activities and Attractions

The absolute best thing of course if the beautiful beach with the  
gorgeous sand dunes and whitest sand in Florida.  The complex is  
surrounded by parks and within feet of the entrance to Fort  
Pickens.  Here you can visit the miles and miles of beaches and the  
remains of the Fort with a museum.  There are all types of water  
sports and activities along with swimming, biking, and shopping.   
Gulf Breeze is only a bridge away and there you can play golf or  
visit the zoo.  On over another bridge and you are in Pensacola City  
where you can enjoy all the cultural life of the city with  
festivals, shopping, theatre, and museums.  Of course here they also  
have very good restaurants and parks with some spectacular views  
from above the sound.

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak Season:  Memorial Day Weekend through July/  $1300.00 per week with 1 week minimum, extra night

              Rentals: Saturday to Saturday 
                    **August, $1100.00 per week with 4 night min at 175.00 per night 
Non Peak:     Labor Day Weekend to Memorial Day Weekend 
              $800.00 per week with a minimum stay of 4 nights (175.00 per night) 
              Flexible days 
              Monthly:  1 month $1550.00, 2 months or more 1400.00  
   
Required:  Upon booking a deposit of 1/2 rent is due within 7 days  
and balance 60 days prior to arrival. 
Refund:    Full refund within 30 days arrival or if the condo is rerented for this time.  Full  
refund for acts of nature that make the premises unhabitable.
