A beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo overlooking both Bellayre Ski
Mountain and Plattekill Ski Mountain. This private village is less
than 15 minutes drive from both of these ski resorts. The kitchen is
fully loaded with new appliances (refrigerator and stove), as well as
flatware and cookware. There is a fireplace and a monitor heater for
efficient heating of the unit. Situated in a private quad on the top
of the Village, there are also terrific views from both the deck and
front porch.

The condo is year-round and does have many warm weather amenities as
well. There is a pool, 4 tennis courts, clubhouse,and great hiking
around the perimeter of this beautiful development.

The weekly rate is set at $650 if rented for less than 1 month. If
rented for more than 1 month, the weekly rate is $600. One month
security is required with entire payment in advance. Security will be
refunded after unit is inspected upon renter's departure.
