There are two similar homes available

RESIDENCE ONE(front house):

Nice Contemporary/Modern furnished 2 bedroom one full bath.  Living room with 42" LCD wall mounted, One small LCD TV in the bedroom. Sofa bed with full size mattress and chair, each bedroom with a plush and comfortable Simmons and Serta(back support) pillow top matress. Kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher, fridge and opens to bar eating area with 4-5 chairs.  French doors open to side Trex Deck(no foot  splinters) patio with bar height table and 6 chairs, umbrella, BBQ.  See ammenities for more info. These are all pictured in the first 8 photos.

RESIDENCE TWO(Middle home)

This one is really nice too! 2 bedroom one 3/4 bath(shower only).  Living room with 42"LCD TV, Queen Sofa bed with high quality air top matress, chair, Bar height Dining table with seating for up to 6 plus open bar counter area to kitchen. Fully equiped kitchen w/o dishwasher. Nice pillowtop mattress in one bedroom and twin beds in the other bedroom(sleeps 6 comfortably). Last four photos represent this home-we may change furniture now and then but the homes are attractive and modern-see our great reviews from past guests

At the corner of our block are the ammenities of a Convenience/Liquor store with video rentals, Enchante Coffee house, New York style Pizza place, and renowned Chronic Taco's fast/casual Mexican Resturant with pool tables/games!

We are located about half way between Main street/HB pier and Dog beach.  We have a pet friendly residence($10/night pet fee so we must be informed prior to pricing for pet approval) There is a dog friendly park just 3 blocks away too!

Residence 1 has French doors open to the Deck/Patio with Stainless steel gas BBQ , Table and umbrella with 6 high rise chairs plus additional chairs.

Beautiful small grassy, flowering, fully fenced yard.--great for kids! Close walk to dog beach, park and main street/HB pier, Corner of our block has Convenience store,  New York style Pizza,  Chronic Tacos, and Coffe shop-so convenient!

One off street parking space for each residence and unlimited street parking available.

Cleaning fee $150-includes use of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, cleaning supplies, etc. laundering, maid cleaning, etc.

Huntington beach has one of the largest recreational piers on the
West Coast! You can have a bonfire on the beach or walk to any
number of nearby attractions! The shopping, dining, and activities in this downtown area is excellent! I love Dukes and Sandy's grill by the Beach(right next to the pier on the boardwalk) for evening dinner and drinks!

March/April(Spring Break weeks)-$1200-$1500/week

May rates $1400/week(Memorial Weekend is high season rates)

June 1 to September 3(high Summer season is $1950/week residence 1 and $1850 for residence 2

September 30 

to October 30 only $1150/week.($165/night for 4 nights minimum)

October 30 to December 15 only $900/week.($140/night for 4 nights minimum.

Holidays $300/night for 3-4 nights minimum

 We can prorate the advertised price down to FOUR NIGHTS MINIMUM or per advertised specials. Less nights may be available but at higher daily cost due to the same managing, cleaning, and laundering costs to us...Thanks for understanding :) 

Refundable security Deposit not required with a valid credit card  We will take your damage deposit by authorization only- no payment required if credit card on file  $500($700 required with dog or cat).
