We have a $500 minimum charge for stays less than 4 nights.

March 1 to 15 is $950/week(or $150/night for 4 nights minimum)

March 15 to April 15(Spring break season) only $1300/week($200/night for 4 nights Minimum)

April 16 to May 15 only $1250/week($180/night for 4 nights minimum)

May 15-June 15 only $1350/week($225/night for 4 night minimum)

June 15 to September 15(high Summer season is $1895/week(one week minimum or check our calendar for possible stays between other bookings)

September 15 to October 30 only $1250/week.($180/night for 4 nights minimum)

October 30 to December 15 only $950/week.($140/night for 4 nights minimum of shorter stays

These rates are subject to change so make your reservation now to lock in these prices.

 We can prorate the advertised price down to FOUR NIGHTS MINIMUM or per advertised specials. Less nights may be available but at higher daily cost due to the same managing, cleaning, and laundering costs to us...Thanks for understanding :) 

Refundable security Deposit - Pay with credit card  $500($700 required with dog or cat).
Cleaning Fee (non-refundable) of $150.00 This may be reduced on shorter stays or with small groups.
