Rates are $1295.00 per week.
Quoted rates include tax. There is a $80 cleaning fee and a $200 damage deposit.  We request the damage deposit check be separate, as we do not cash it unless there are damages. Rental Customer must be 25 years of age or older. Rentals are
Saturdayto Saturday. Some exceptions considered. Check-In time is 3PM. Absolute checkout time is 10AM, so
that we may prepare for our next arrivals. No refunds will be given
for late arrivals or early departures. Please, NO PETS. Your security
deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged additional for rug
cleaning/flea spray treatment if any evidence of pet(s) is/are
established.
Please, NO SMOKING. Your security deposit will be forfeited and you
will be charged additional for rug/drapery/upholstery cleaning or
damage caused by smoking products.
Occupancy: The total number of persons allowed in the home at any
timeis restricted to the number mutually agreed upon and stated on rental
contract. Your security deposit will be forfeited if this number is
exceeded.
Housekeeping: Accommodations will be cleaned to quality standards
prior to your arrival and after your departure. Linens are provided
and must not be removed from the unit. There is not an on-site
housekeeper. Severe Weather: If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditionsoccur, Emergency Management may issue a mandatory evacuation notice.
Accommodation refunds will be prorated from the time of your
departure from the island during the mandatory evacuation.
Deposits: 1/2 weekly rent is required to confirm your reservation.
This may be paid by personal or certified check. Upon receipt of
this, a contract will be forwarded to you outlining the balance due.
This balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Refunds and Cancellation policy:If reservation is cancelled 30 days,
or more, prior to arrival date, we will attempt to re-rent the
property and if successful, we will refund your reservation deposit.
If reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date,
we will attempt to re-rent the property and if successful, we will
refund your reservation deposit less a $150.00 handling fee.
