Holiday Rate:  135.00 nightly w/3 night minimum. Holiday rates apply to any 2 days before holiday or after holiday.  Holidays Include Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas.

1 small potty trained dog is allowed with a 15.00 non-refundable deposit.
All renters are required to clean the cabin before their leave and
leave it as clean as they found it or a 100.00 will be billed to renter.   We are able to keep our rates lower than anyone else in the
Lakeside/Pinetop area by not charging these extra fees and asking
our renters to take care of the cabin as if it were their own. We
take pride in our cabin and know that you will also! All sheets
and linens are provided. We only ask that you bring your own towels.
