bath WATERFRONT GROUND-FLOOR LEVEL condo sits right on the Boca  
Ciega  
Intracoastal waterway and is just a few hundred yards away from the  
Gulf of Mexico with its miles of pristine and sugar-white soft sandy  
beaches where dolphins can be seen at play most days & evenings, and  
you can catch the most spectacular sunsets...or sit in your  
waterfront screened and newly tiled lanai sipping a glass of wine  
and  
watch yachts float by.  Whatever you desire, it can all be found  
here!  
 
This gated, red-roof, condominium complex has 286-units and offers  
the most for your money on the Gulf Beaches. You are within walking  
distance of everything, including local shops, bars and restaurants,  
and you don't need a car to get around! Tampa/Orlando  
International/Sanford as well as countless other airports offer  
shuttles to make access to Madeira Beach easy!  You are also close  
to  
the bus line but should you decide to come with your car, you will  
have a reserved parking spot outside.   
 
There's something for everyone! There is a wealth of activity all  
within a short drive. Whether its golfing, fishing, shopping,  
canoeing, museums, football, Busch Gardens (30 minutes), Lowry Park  
Zoo, horse back riding, biking, Walt Disney World (90 minutes  
away), - 
 just check out the tourist information across the way on Tom Stuart  
Causeway, minutes from the yacht club. 
 
You could try breakfast or lunch on the beach at The War Veterans  
Restaurant or take your own and eat under the covered picnic area.  
There is also a unique McDonalds restaurant with its own docking  
area  
that faces the Yacht Club just across the Intracoastal. If you don't  
feel like going out to a restaurant or want to stay in and eat,  
there  
is a Winn-Dixie Supermarket just across the street from the complex.

The living room has a new 20" Flat screen cable TV, a new DVD  
player,  
a new Queen sleeper sofa (to accommodate others) and a new matching  
love seat. 
 
The master bedroom has a double bed, two nightstands, cable TV,  
large  
mirrored closets and a CD player/dual digital alarm clock. 
 
The remodeled bathroom has a washer/dryer unit for your convenience  
as well as a hairdryer and iron available for your use.  All linens  
and towels are provided and are new. 
 
Our fully upgraded air-conditioned unit boasts a new smooth range  
top, dishwasher and microwave in the tile floored kitchen.  
 
The unit is tastefully decorated with palm tree light switch plates,  
night lights, soap dispensers, a toothbrush holder, pot holders,  
dish  
towels and welcome mats...even the plates, mugs, and bowls have palm  
trees on them!!!!! 
 
There are two heated swimming pools and the pool areas have plenty  
of  
lounge chairs and tables to enjoy a light meal for lunch or dinner.  
There are boat slips available.
