Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly-$900 per week for the month of October
Weekly-$1000 per week for November,December and January
Weekly-$900 per week for February thru April(spring training)
Weekly-$750 per week May-Aug
$250.00 deposit at time of booking Check or Cashier Check
$1000.00 security deposit if stay is one month or more and is fully refundable as long as property 
is returned in same condition other than needing cleaned. A $150.00 non 
refundable cleaning. Upon arrival the security deposit,cleaning fee 
and full amount of stay is due by cash,or cashier check.
