Rates Drop to only $1595/week or $270/night between April 6 - 27, 2013

Pocket tax inclusive savings of $894/week or $128/day while melting away those Winter blues in our totally renovated, oceanfront penthouse.

Outside of the Spring Savings period listed above, the rates are:

March - September      $385/day ... $2400/week

October - February       $285/day ... $1850/week

Cleaning fee $110

Please add lodging/sales tax of 11%

There is a $200 partially refundable security deposit from which we deduct the $110 cleaning fee and return the $90 balance to you after departure.

Additional discounts available for military, seniors and multi-week reservations in the Fall and Winter. Some last minute reservations also qualify for special discounts.
