sleep, as the sound of the waves lapping the shore floats into the

Enjoy the privacy of two bedroom suites, each with their own
remodeled baths complimented by granite countertops, new commodes,
new faucets and custom-made cabinetry. We paid attention to every
detail from dimmed recessed lighting to create that soft, romantic
mood to high tech instant hot water heater that offers unlimited,
continuous hot water. We even put the ceiling fans/lights on remote
control so you do not have to get out of bed to operate them.

This Amelia Surf and Racquet Club penthouse is the second home to a
US Navy Submarine Captain and his wife. We invested in substantial
upgrades, uncommon to vacation rentals. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen
with quartz countertops which opens into the dining and living room
so that the chefs in the family can gaze at the unobstructed ocean
views for their inspiration. There is also an assortment of small
appliances including: food processor, waffle maker, wok, rice maker,
blender, automatic juicer, etc. to enhance your culinary adventures.
All the appliances are best-in-class: including a convection oven,
front loading washer/dryer, and a Microven that not only grills and
microwaves - but actually bakes as well.

The penthouse is equipped with free high-speed internet service,

All of your long distance and local calls are also free.
Additionally we offer complimentary, unlimited international calling
to Canada, Puerto Rico, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain and the UK if
requested at the time of your reservation. Other amenities include
two TVs, a 42" Panasonic Plasma HDTV in living room and a Sony
Vega TV in master bedroom. Additionally we provide a Bose SoundDock
for iPods, two CD players (one is portable) and a DVD player.
