This luxurious villa is situated in the popular, quiet residential
community of Indian Creek, which is one of the closest to Disney
(only 5 minutes away). Indian Creek is situated 2 minutes from
Highway 192 and it's many fine restaurants and is within 5 minutes
of
the Interstate 4, from which all other major attractions are easily
accessible.
The villa is a beautifully furnished one level, 6 bedroom, 4
bathroom
home containing two Disney themed bedrooms and is ideal for 2
families holidaying together. Free Local, National and International
Calls are included and there is a PC with Full Internet Access for
guests use.
The Great Room is furnished with reclining leather sofas and
features
a large 56" screen TV with full cable channel package, Home Theater
System, CD player and a selection of DVD's for all ages. This room
overlooks the pool are through large sliding patio doors and at the
top of this room there is a formal dining area. The Kitchen is fully
fitted with all appliances and features a Breakfast Bar. There is
also a large Games Room featuring an 8' Pool Table, Air Hockey
Table, Foosball Table and Basketball Shootout.
The large screened 30' x 18' pool has a spa, underwater lighting and
barbecue area. The large deck area has a covered lanai and sun beds,
tables and chairs. For safety all doors leading to the pool area are
fitted with alarms to prevent children gaining access to the pool
area when not accompanied by an adult.
The villa is fully licenced and is professionally maintained to a
very high standard by our locally based management company and has
everything to provide you with a relaxing, stress free vacation.
Smoking is only permitted in the pool area. No pets allowed.
