You will find our home on a quiet cul-de-sac street with a wooded view and very little street traffic. It is a perfect home for one or two families looking to share vacation memories on one of the premier resort islands in the United States.

The house was recently completely renovated inside and painted outside. It is a three bedroom, three and half bath home with a bonus room that serves as a fourth bedroom. There is a first floor master bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in closet, private bath and sitting area. A second master bedroom has a king size bed, closet, jetted tub/shower and a sitting area. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath. The large bonus room/fourth bedroom has two day beds with two trundle beds and is perfect for the children. All the bedrooms have cable TV. The family room has a sofa with a queen sleeper and a nearby half bath which allows the house to sleep up to 12 people. In the family room is a high definition LCD TV with remote control and a DVD player.

The kitchen is completely renovated with new cabinets, all new appliances, and equipped with plenty of cookware and serving dishes. The dining room has a large table with 8 chairs plus counter stools for 3 more.  The house has recently been completely furnished and decorated with brand new furniture in all the rooms.

The house has a large sun deck off the family room and a smaller deck off the kitchen with a gas grill. The screened in porch has two ceiling fans and is furnished with four comfortable chairs and also an wrought iron table and 4 chairs for extra dining space.

Our home is in a residential neighborhood close to Night Heron Park and East Beach Village. The park has a playground, swings, soccer field, basketball courts and other amenities for your enjoyment. The beach is a short 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride away.  Included in your rental we offer beach chairs, boogie boards, buckets and shovels in the garage.
