location around the corner from a secluded lake michigan beach access. The
house is set up for fun and makes relaxing a breeze! Fully equipped
kitchen with a large island for all guest to gather.
The family room with fireplace and the dining room have great views. 2
bedrooms with queen beds and full bath on main level. Freshly painted and new ceramic floor in the
kitchen. Sunroom opens to a deck and large patio set up for grilling out, or enjoying marshmellos
over a small fire. Walking distance to Stearns Public Beach,play ground and skate board area.
The basement has a small bath with shower. Washer & dryer
in lower level also.

All linens and bath towels also an iron provided.
Coffee maker, dishes, cooking utensils, gas grill
lawn furniture, some beach chairs.
Best pizza parlor in town less than a 5 minute
walk from the house.

$1000.00 weekly rate April 1st thru Sept 30th.
Holiday weeks and Gus Macker week $1400. Rental is Sat to Sat. 6 nights.
$250.00 deposit  2 weeks prior to scheduled date is non-refundable
but may be applied to another available date.
Complete terms on rental agreement. 
Monthly, weekly rental available September thru May at reduced rates.
