This lovely home is located at the end of the street with water on
two sides, a big yard, beautifully landscaped and very, very
private! There is dockage for just about any sized boat with good
water out the channel to the Atlantic. Fish cleaning table, too.
Coco Plum Beach is a great area with the City-owned beach just a few
blocks down the bikepath. The house has two bedrooms and baths,
the master has a king bed, 2nd bedroom a queen and a twin.
Nice kithen with granite counters. TVs in living room and both
bedrooms, stereo with CD player and hi-speed
internet at your disposal! The house has a washer/dryer, gas grill
and nice screened porch overlooking the pool and yard. Downstairs is
a playroom with pool table and extra frig.

Regular rates are $1950/week plus tax. $2150 for Christmas, New
Years and Lobster weeks. Add $150/week plus tax for pool heat. Pets
are welcome with some restrictions for $100 plus tax pet fee.
