The house is located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale on its own
private 50 acre freshwater lake. We are 10 mins from the beach, 10
mins from Fort Lauderdale International Airport, and only minutes
from the mall and restaurants. Everything is within easy reach.
The house has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed,
a bathroom with shower and toilet and a door that leads onto the deck
with hot tub and pool. The second bedroom has a queen bed, there is
also another full bathroom with shower and bath and toilet. The
living room has a fireplace, a pull out sleeper sofa bed that is
queen size. There is a dining area between the kitchen and living
room. There is a full kitchen with washer and dryer. The outside has
a screened in Florida room. There is a private pool and hot tub and
the lake is about 20 yards from the house. There is fast DSL
internet hookup for your laptop and cable TV and a telephone. The
house is air conditioned and heated.

While at the house you have the opportunity to reserve water
ski lessons if you would like. If you have never tried before, we
will teach you the easy way to learn to ski, if you have skied before
we can help you get better, all equipment is available. Of course if
you stay at the house there is no obligation to water ski.
There are also lighted tennis courts that you may use, a small sandy
beach at the lakeside and you can also go fishing on the lake behind
your house.

There is plenty to do in Fort Lauderdale and the surrounding areas,
from entertaining sightseeing cruises, to some of the greatest sport
fishing in the Atlantic to cruising the Everglades National Park in
an airboat.
There are 12 shopping malls, you can find everything you want from
the finest merchadise to the bargains of the flea markets and
discount outlet malls.
If its culture you seek, you will be amazed at the array of museums
and galleries displaying fine art. Performing art venues offer
wonderful performances of all kinds from ballet to rock bands.
The beach is just minutes away with its warm Atlantic waters, the
wildlife is phenominal, you may get to see a sea turtle crawl onto
the beach and dig a nest. The birds are exotic from pelicans down at
the pier to parrots flying in flocks in the neighborhoods.
You will be delighted by the beauty of South Florida, there is
something here for everyone.

Daily Rate = $160 per night
Weekly Rate = (7 nights) = $995.00

Above rates are subject to 6% sales tax.
$100 per rental week deposit holds your reservation dates, this
amount is deducted from the final total of the rental.
Full payment is required one month prior to arrival. All major credit
cards accepted. Pay Pal accepted.
Cancellation policy states we are unable to give a refund should
renters cancel two weeks prior to arrival. Unlike other rental properties we do not ask you for a big deposit that is returnable at the end of your vacation, also we do not charge cleaning fees.
