Barrier Dunes 42 " Catch of the Cape" is a townhome  in the Barrier Dunes Gulffront Gated community. The gulf front community pool, clubhouse and approximately is only 100 steps awayand overlooks the beach. We do welcome dogs to our home.

Beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, skimmer  boards and lots of beachtoys including sand buckets/shovels for the kids are on hand for you to use during your stay.

A tropical theme welcomes you to this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome with a sleeping loft that makes a great get away for the kids or teenagers. TV's in all sleeping areas and the den. There are three twin beds and plenty of space to play games, do puzzles or watch your favorite movie. The main floor of this home has a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, cooking range and oven. The dining room has seating for six plus two additional seats at the bar. A spacious balcony overlooking the pond opens off the great room on the main level. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath, TV with Cable/DVD, stereo and private balcony with a great view of the gulf. The other bedroom also has a private bath, queen bed, TV with DVD and balcony.

Two pools - one is heated , tennis courts, 3 stocked fish ponds, beachside clubhouse (available for group events),covered poolside picnic table area, playground, two gazebos, outside showers, limited access security gate entrance to Barrier Dunes. Boardwalks throughout complex leading to the beach.

Boat, bike and kayak rentals available,horseback riding,snorkeling and scalloping trips, charter fishing and golf is also available. If you are into tennis, Barrier Dunes lighted tennis courts and two pools - one right on the beach and the other heated pool is right by the tennis courts. We are right between both pools. You may also fish right in our backyard in the freshwater pond!

are right by St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. The water park in Panama City is just over an houraway and Appalachicola is around 35 minutes with great restaurants and historic sites including the
ice machine museum.
