Lake Sutherland Retreat in Port Angeles

The house is set on the Sunny side of Lake Sutherland. A quiet gated
lakefront community with amazing views of lake located twenty minutes
West of Port Angeles, WA.  The house is located perfectly for
exploring Hurricane Ridge, Sol Duc Hotsprings, the National Forest,
Beaches, Hiking Trails, Lake Crescent, and so much more. The house is
a two bedroom, two bathroom,recently remodeled with a laundry room,
deck, fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms have beautiful pole wood beds
with T.V.'s. The living room is spacious and can accommodate a few
sleeping bags as well as the covered deck area.  Going to Forks, WA for the "Twilight" Experience why not stay at the Lake and also take in dinner at Bella Italia in Port Angeles!

The kitchen has range/oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave,
Belgian waffle maker, coffee maker, pots and pans. Woodstove to cozy
up to with a good book on a stormy day. Hot tub to enjoy the evening
under the stars. Fire pit for toasting smores on the lake side.
House comes fully equipped with linens and towels. Flat screen 42"
LCD TV with Dennon surround sound system and DVD player to watch your
favorite movies. There is also a selection of DVD's available to
choose from or bring your own. Covered Deck includes a propane
barbecue for Lake view barbecuing. House includes a shared private
dock in front of house to enjoy. (Water toys are not included, bring
your own).

Bring your own Toys to do all types of water sports; like
waterskiing, wake boarding, kayaking, swimming, fishing - no license
required, hot tubing. Visit Sol-Duc Hot Springs, Spruce Railroad
trail on the West side of Lake Crescent, Ocean beaches, Olympic
National Park and Hurricane Ridge. House has board games and movies
for relaxing. Maple Grove is a gated community that includes a
public boat launch and docks. Lake Crescent Lodge is within 5 miles
for a pleasant dining experience also enjoyed recently by First Lady
Barbara Bush with a recent tour of Olympic National Park.

A one week stay during the Quiet Season is $ 1050.00 or $ 150.00 a
night with a 2-night minimum stay being required and a non-refundable
$ 100.00 cleaning fee required for end of stay cleaning.  The damage
deposit is $500.00 refunded back to you upon inspection of property.
Peak Season rates are $ 1,750.00 per week or $ 250.00 per night with a 3-night minimum stay required.  Season rates vary; Peak Season May 1 through September 30, plus holidays, Quiet Season October 1 through April 30.  One (1)night cancellation fee charged if reservation is cancelled 30 days or less from arrival date.
