Enjoy your vacation in fun-filled Ocean City by renting this
beautifully furnished 3BR/2BA third floor condo situated on the
island's popular north end. Just a short five minute stroll (3.5
short blocks) to the beach and boardwalk and within easy walking
distance to restaurants, amusements, and shopping, this condo was
newly furnished for our first rental season in 2006. The beach and
boardwalk are a 5 minute walk (exactly 0.33 of a mile). Park and go!
2 parking spots--one in the garage with divider between units for
added security--the other on the driveway behind the garage.

Eight beach tags, beach chairs, and boggie boards are available for
our guests.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels.

This property offers a fully equipped kitchen, a great room with
cathedral ceilings, large front sun deck complete with deck
furniture, a rear balcony off of two of the bedrooms, and plenty of
storage space in the divided garage for bicycles and beach gear.

This unit has central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every
room to enjoy the cool ocean breezes.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, sliding doors to the rear
balcony, and a master bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom
also has a queen-size bed and sliding doors to the rear balcony.
The third bedroom has two twin beds. The second bath has a
combination tub/shower unit.

We rent to families and adults over the age of 25.
Please - No Senior Week, Spring Break, or Prom Parties. No Group
Parties.

One week minimum stay required.

If additional cleaning is required, a minimum of $100 (owner's
discretion) will be deducted from the security deposit.

Deposit of 1/3 the rental amount is due at the time of securing your
reservation and signing the lease. The remainder of the fee plus a
$300 security deposit is due 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in
date.

Cancellations will be charged 15% of the gross rental amount if the
property is rerented for the full amount. The full rental deposit
is forfeited if the property is not rerented. All cancellations
must be in writing. Upon receipt of your deposit your reservation
will be in effect and the cancellation policy will apply.
