Vacation Rental Rates

We currently have availabilty.

Straight base rate throughout the year.

$500 a week upstairs studio w/ac    $400 a week for downstairs studio w/no ac. 

Both units have ceiling fans.

If you decide to rent 1st and 2nd floor studios combined monthly rental is $2400 monthly.

Weekly and monthly rental includes: Unlimited use of kitchen and pool along with 2 car garage.
