We lovingly restored this adorable cottage to its original beauty and then added extra touches of luxury. Enjoy the spectacular heart-of-pine original floors, elegant fireplace mantle with gas logs and remote control, deep Kohler jetted bath tub and furniture vanity sink. You'll appreciate the high-end all new kitchen with stainless appliances and top-of-the-line cookware. Each bedroom has a beautiful view and access through the double French doors to the peaceful back deck overlooking the eleven acre woodlands beyond. Take a walk through the woods. You have central heat and air conditioning to keep you comfortable.

Location:
Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, you have the convenience of in-town living yet the privacy of an eleven acre woodlands out your back door where you can take a peaceful walk. We think it's the best of both worlds! You are only a mile to the charming historic downtown Hendersonville Main Street's shops, galleries, antique stores and restaurants. Plus it's a quick thirteen miles to Asheville and eighteen miles to the Biltmore Estate.

Living Room:
When you arrive, a long driveway leads you to the cottage set back off the street from the other homes with plenty of parking and a comfortable front porch with old-time rocking chairs. Enter the door to a bright sunroom filled with windows graced by elegant curtains. The open wood beam archway joins it to the stylish living room. Enjoy the comfortable plush sofas, graceful dining table, HDTV with built-in DVD/VCR for your entertainment, movie library, wireless internet, and to spoil you further, an awesome hands-on-technology iJoy 250 massage chair! You may never want to leave!

Kitchen:
A large breakfast bar opens the living room into the delightful kitchen which has been thoughtfully and fully equipped with quality cookware to please any chef. All new maple cabinets, gorgeous countertops, new stainless steel appliances are accented by bright red KitchenAid cookware & accessories. You have sharp cooking knives, quality silverware, cheerful hand-painted dinnerware, coffee grinder and much more! New appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator with ice/water in the door, oven (cook with gas!), microwave, dishwasher and a front-loading washer and dryer set.

King & Queen Bedrooms:
The bedrooms are tastefully furnished, decorated and each with a TV. Double French doors open out to the peaceful woodlands, hot tub and sitting area on the back deck. Indulge in sumptuous 400 count sheets, plush blankets, lovely bed coverings, and premium quality mattresses (king and queen). The master bedroom has a sitting area for two and the guest bedroom has a writing desk for those notes home. There is also available a sturdy portable crib with bumper pad & bedding as well as a quick inflate/deflate twin air bed. 

Bathroom:
The all-new bathroom features a marbleized tile floor and tub-surround, a deep Kohler jetted tub, elegant furniture vanity with marble top, one-of-a-kind mirror and lovely lighting. Dry off with plush, soft towels provided for your use.

For Babies & Children:
There is a fun outside playground with swings, slide, climbing wall and fort.  There are toys, stuffed animals, books and games.  For babies there is a sturdy portable crib, high chair, small stroller and Pack N' Play.

There is skiing, white water rafting, you name it! Check out the new Fun Depot for a wealth of indoor fun, Sightseeing along the Blue Ridge Parkway is outstanding with many hiking trails & waterfalls along the way, These ancient Appalachian Mountains is home to mountain music & dancing, Several times a week you can test your dancing shoes at Contra Dancing with live upbeat Celtic music.

Our guests may purchase Biltmore Estate tickets good for 2 Consecutive Days for the one day gate price!  We will have them waiting in your home so you can avoid waiting in long ticket lines.

Nightly rate: $149 (for 1-2 guests);  $159 (for 3-4 guests)

Weekly Rate Off Season: $750 (for 1-2 guests); $799 (for 3-4 guests)(Jan/Feb/March/Nov/Dec/no discounts for holiday weeks)
 
Weekly Rate In Season:  $850 (for 1-2 guests);  $899 (for 3-4 guests)(April through October/no discounts for holiday weeks)

Minimum Stay 3 - 7 nights depending on time of year.  Holidays have week minimum stay.  Minimum Stay may be waived for last minute bookings.
