private balcony. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your
beachfront vacation. This unit has been completely remodeled. It is
located on the desirable "Galt Ocean Mile" area of Fort Lauderdale
Beach in a full service resort. The resort offers a heated fresh
water pool, which overlooks the beach. There are lounge chairs,
umbrellas and water sports available to all guests. The pool side
patio boasts a pool side restaurant and completely remodeled
oceanfront Tiki Bar. The lobby includes an International Italian
restaurant, bar and night club, piano bar and multiple large screen
TVs for sports and special events. There is also a full service
beauty salon with massages available by appointment. Which ever way
you choose to spend your time, our condo will no doubt exceed your
expectations.

This unit comes completely furnished with everything you could ask
for. The kitchen area boasts full size appliances, microwave,
conventional oven, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, silverware and
cooking essentials. There are new ceramic floors that extend to the
private balcony and into the full bathroom which is equipped with a
tub and walk-in closet. It also boast a large TV with DVD player,
high speed internet access and a safe for added security. The
fabulous leather sofa bed converts into a queen size bed with memory
foam mattress. Air conditioning, cable tv, hair dryer, iron and
ironing board, beach towels and every other possible amenity await
you. Laundry facilities, Ice makers, and complimentary valet parking
are provided to guests.

The following extras are available for an additional fee:

Meet and Greet: We will arange for you to be met at the airport in a
limousine, where you will be personally escorted from your departure
gate. Your baggage will all be taken care of from the airport right
to your room. You will receive a wake up call on the day of your
departure and the same elegant service will be given on your trip
home.
Seaside Romance: A bottle of champagne, fresh cut flowers, and a
sumptuous fruit and cheese plate will be awaiting you upon your
arrival. You can personally arrange for us to handle any special
romantic requests you need to sweep your sweetheart off her feet.
Shop in advance: Groceries and other necessary amenities can be
purchased for you. Simply provide us with a list of what you need
and we will make the necessary arrangements.

No need for a car, this condo is located 15 minutes from the airport
and walking distance to all of the areas attractions. 12 major
shopping malls and countless specialty shops, from the exclusive Las
Olas boutiques to the World's largest indoor flea market await you.
The hotel provides daily excursions to famous attractions in Ft.
Lauderdale. You can even enjoy fishing from our famous pier.
Golf,Tennis,Fishing,Cinemas,Museums,Sightseeing,Snokeling/Diving,Boat
ing,Sailing,Surfing,Windersurfing,Parasailing,Jet Skiing,and
gambling cruises are all within minutes from your condo, or enjoy
yourself at the new Seminole Hard Rock Casino.

Specs:

There will be a one time cleaning fee of $50 dollars. Payment can be
made by money order, or cash. A 200 dollar damage
deposit will be required for weekly stays. To cancel you must notify
us 30 days in
advance. To reserve your room we must receive a signed contract
(which
we will send you)along with the damage deposit. The balance can be
paid at check in.

We currently have a cancellation to fill from March 21st to March 28th. Extra discounted rates will be offered to anyone who would like to vacation during these specific dates.
