Vacation Rental Rates

▪ 3 months @ $2700 a month - minimum rental 
▪ 6 months @ $2600 a month 
▪ 9 months @ $2400 a month 
▪ Lease of one year @ $2300 a month 

$150 credit per month for utilities (water paid) and cable/internet

DEPOSIT: First and last months rent plus a refundable deposit equal to the monthly rental price. 

TENANTS 
Mature non-smoking tenants – no pets – will consider small (2 children maximum) family with 
references
