85" of Lake Frontage with an 90' Pier available to dock 1 boat.
There is room for Waverunners to be anchored in the front area
inside the dock.

The multi tiered deck offers a 7 person Jacuzzi and has plenty of
seating with a lovely dining patio set, umbrella and large gas grill
for those who love to cook.

There are 6 bedrooms. On the main floor, Bedroom 1 has Queen Bed.
Bedroom 2 has Queen Bed. Bedroom 3 has Queen Bed. Bedroom 4 is the
Master Bedroom and has a King Bed, Fireplace, Marble bathroom, 2
vessel sinks and a walk in Steam Shower. On the lower levelyou will
find Bedroom 5 with a Queen Bed and Bedroom 6 which has a Queen Bed
and a 1 Full Size Bed.

The Main Floor has a lovely oversized bathroom w/ 2 sinks and huge
tub shower combination. There is hardwood flooring throughout the
great room/dining room combo, kitchen, hallways and 3 bedrooms in
this open floor plan. High end finishes throughout the home with
granite countertops in kitchen, stainless steel appliances,
breakfast bar and gorgeous cabinets. Great Room has fireplace and
leather couches with a 42" plasma TV.

The lower level of the home has a large leather sectional w/ built

Lake Maxincuked is Indiana's second-largest natural lake. The
lake's outline on a map forms the shape of an Indian moccasin, thus
its name "Maxincuckee" by the Potowatomi Indians, who once hunted
and fished along its shores. The Culver Academies is a destination
in itself. Established in 1894, The Culver Academies is an
internationally acclaimed, co-ed, college-prepatory boarding school
in the winter, and a spectacular summer camp for children and teens
June through August. The architecture and landscaping of the
campus, which overlooks Maxinkuckee's Aubeenaubee Bay, is beautiful.
