Vacation Rental Description

Stay in your own Mansion (circa 1860) with original pine floors and  
high ceilings. Attractively decorated in the Moroccan style. Located  
a 1/2 block from the river, 1 block from shopping and restaurants. 
 
The house was repainted in 2008 using historically accurate colours from the Victorian age. The  
garden also had a complete makeover with new driveway (parking for 5 cars) new lawn and flower beds  
and a great new outdoor sitting area (see photos) 
 
-You will love the double sized garden wiht many old roses 
-Centrally located 1 block from main street shopping and restaurants  
1/2 block from the waterfront, the golf course and the Oban Inn  
-A patio, Morccan table & gas barbecue are yours to enjoy in the private 
Moroccan inspired garden  
-Main floor has a large living room, dining room and study as well  
as kitchen  
-Original Pine floors throughout with hand knotted Moroccan and  
Persian rugs

system

-All 4 bedrooms are on the second floor: 3 with queen beds, 1 with  
twin beds. Main Floor Den has a sofa bed

-All linens supplied (Sheets and towels)

Activities and Attractions

Niagara Falls is just a 20 minute drive away. The drive takes you  
through the wine region and past several of the area's 50+ wineries  
all of which will welcome you in for a tasting.  
 
The Shaw festival is at the heart of any Niagara on the Lake visit  
with plays by George Bernard Shaw and contemporaries. Go to the Shaw  
web site to view a list of plays and buy tickets. Buy your tickets  
early however as they sell out quickly. 
 
The oldest Golf Course in North America is just around the corner.  
You can walk and carry your clubs to the course. 
 
The war of 1812 between the British and the USA was fought right on  
this ground and pottery shards are everywhere from the great fire of  
December 1813 when the town was burnt by retreating Americans. (We  
have forgiven them!) Walk or bike the flat streets and enjoy the  
history.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are quoted in Canadian Funds. To convert to your currency  
please check one of the many currency conversion tables available on  
the internet. Payment can be made using VISA or Master Card. By  
paying with one of these methods you get the best possible rate your  
bank has to offer.  
May to October 1 day $850, 2 days 1,350, 3 days $1800, 4 days  
$2,200, 5 days $2,600, 6 days $3,000, 7 days $3,400.   
 
March-April & November-December 1 day $700, 2 days $1,100, 3 days  
$1,400, 4 days $1,700, 5 days $2,000, 6 days $2,150, 7 days $2,300.  
 
 
January-February 1 day $700, 2 days $800, 3 days $950, 4 days  
$1,150, 5 days $1,250, 6 days $1,350, 7 days $1,450.  
 
Rates are based on a maximum of 8 people. An additional charge of  
$50.00 per night will be charged for a maximum of two additonal  
guests. 
BOOKINGS 
• 50% deposit by Visa or MasterCard is required to confirm a  
reservation 
• Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check in date 
• 5% GST payable on all bookings
