Sunset Doins in Lake Anna

Nestled in the woods, this waterfront home sports a peaked roof
with a huge wall of windows overlooking one of the best views Lake
Anna has to offer.
The dock is perfect for swimming and fishing, with both shallow
and deep water access. It is also equipped with a 2000 pound boat
lift, two jet ski lifts, and a diving board for any other water fun.
The hill the house rests on provides the beautiful view and
privacy, but involves stairs with some incline to reach the dock.

There are four bedrooms; top floor has two bunk bed sets with full bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. The two main floor bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the down stairs bedroom has two twins.  Linens provided.
There are three full bathrooms with one on each floor and the down stairs bath
contains a Jacuzzi.
The home is air-conditioned, and also includes a screened in
porch and large deck for breezy summer evenings.
For entertainment, there are three televisions: one for Gameboy,
one for VCR, and one on the main level with a DVD/VCR player and a
Dish network hook-up, and a collection of videos.
The main floor has a full kitchen and dishwasher. A
washer/dryer is located in the down stairs laundry room.

There will be a canoe for exploring the neighboring coves and
Rose Island. All water activities can take place directly in front
of the dock, because we are not in a restricted cove, and there are
not any “no wake” zones in the immediate area. This allows
spectators the advantage of observing their fellow guests’ antics
from the comfort of a partially shaded dock.
If you feel the urge to leave this idyllic setting, the greater
area offers activities from wine tasting to rollercoasters.

June through August $1800 per week. Holiday weeks $2000
Off season rates negotiable for weekly or weekend rentals.
