After a walk, swim, surf at the beach, return to a quiet home a few minutes up La Jolla's famous Mount
Soledad where you can relax by a solar heated pool, surrounded by a lovely garden, a beautiful
panoramic view of the ocean and city lights. In this home away from home, chat with your family and
friends by the inside or outside fireplaces, prepare for "a night on the town" or read, watch
television, barbeque in the privacy of this peaceful setting. When ready to sleep and "just do
nothing," the lovely living room, family, and three bedrooms welcome you to a good night's sleep. In
such a place your vacation should be a great success.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom and plasma tv. The second bedroom has 2 twin
beds. The third bedroom has a king bed with a desk, set up with a copier and scanner. This room
overlooks the ocean and pool. It also has a flat screen tv.
The kitchen is set up for cooking every meal with all new appliances and a washer and dryer. The
kitchen counter opens into the family room which has a fireplace and a large tv.
The living room is large and has a fireplace and ample sitting room with a queen size sofa bed.
There is a 2 car garage with room for 2 off street parking places.
The house is set up with wireless internet, cable tv, and plenty of room to find a quiet corner to
yourself.

The airport is 15 minutes away. The beaches are 5 minutes away.
Pacific Beach and the shores are equal distance away from this place. The neighborhood is
quiet and peacful. Yet all of La Jolla's activities and amenities are nearby.

$150 cleanning fee plus 10.5% city tax extra

One week (generally Sat. to Sat.) minimum year round. Open for
monthly rentals - inquire for rate. Check in 3:00 pm - Check out 10:00 am
