Vacation Rental Description

The two bedroom/ two-bath guest cottage is very private, located on a ridgetop as part of a  
3-acre estate at the end of a private road with stunning panoramic views of the ocean, the  
Channel Islands, and the mountains. The cottage sleeps up to eight people--each bedroom  
has queen-size beds, the master bedroom also has a double-size futon and the living room  
has a queen-size sofabed. You'll see the sunrise and the sunset from private decks, patios  
and garden on the east, west, and south. French doors open from the master to the garden  
and to the very private hot tub.

Vacation Rental Rates

May through September rates:  $2000 per week, $6000 per month. Quoted rates do not include refundable  
deposits, sales tax & cleaning fees. 
 
October through April rates: $300 per night (3 night minimum and can add nights for  
$250 per night), $1500 per week, $5000 per month. Quoted rates do not include refundable deposits,  
sales tax & cleaning fees. 
 
Holiday rates: $2,000 per week applicable to Presidents' week, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas  
week through New Year's Day 
 
Rental rates are subject to 12% Santa Barbara Occupancy Tax applicable to all rentals under 30 days.
