Red Hawk Retreat / Waterfront in Homosassa

Waterfront - Cozy two bedroom one bath fully furnished in a private
setting. Stilt home with wrap around porch with lots of shade trees
in a quite neighborhood. Waterway is part of the Mason Creek
Tributary system that flows to the Gulf of Mexico or take Petty Creek
to the Homosassa River and beyond. NON SMOKING.

Master bedroom has a queen bed 2nd bedroom has two twins and a queen
sleeper/sofa in the living room. All new appliances including
washer/dryer, dishwasher, self cleaning oven, microwave, toaster/oven,
oh yes, and a blender for those liquid libations or whatever. Lots of
counter space at the counter/bar, TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo, under building
parking, park style charcoal grill with picnic table, "fire ring" with
lots of firewood next to the dock that is equipped with a fish
cleaning table, water and electric. There is a floating dock attached
to the fixed dock. There is a built-in kayak launching ramp. Oh yes,
did I mention that this package includes (2) top of the line kayaks,
fully equipped for your pleasure? Well, it does. there is a hammock
under the oak tree that will come in handy after the kayak journey.
Shower at the dock. Three crab traps - you must supply your own bait.
"Brighthouse" cable service with High speed and Wireless Internet.

Boating and kayaking on the endless waterways. Swimming with the
manatees in the headwaters of the Homosassa River. Inshore and
offshore fishing. Scalloping in season July 1st to Sept 10th. Center
of town is just a mile away by road - 20 minutes by water, with
Marinas, Fish houses, Bait and Tackle shops, boat rentals, Gift shops,
Tiki bars, Restaurants, and a BBQ Smokehouse. Crystal River is just
10 miles away and has restaurants of your choice, movie theaters, mall
and numerous shops and museums.

Small pets may be allowed upon approval with a $100.00 non refundable
