Vacation Rental Description

"The big red barn" - located 6 miles north of Greenville Maine off  
Lilly Bay Road.  Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the porch  
Overlooking Burnt Jacket Mountain and Big Moose (Squaw) Mountain.   
Peace and quiet awaits you.  Deer and other wild life are right out  
Back.  The deer come by in the morning and evening numbering anywhere  
5 to 12 at a time!!   
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central Air conditioning, washer/drier, dish washer, tv/vcr dvd, Play  
Station 2, board games, tv/vcr in Master and one guest bedroom, there  
are 2 bunk beds outside the downstairs bedroom.  Sleeps 8 in beds  
(all without doubling-up, fold out couch also available.  TV receives  
3 major networks, there is a satellite dish hook-up as well).  RV  
connections next to building, more than 60 DVD and video's to chose  
from, a few books...what else...?....OH!! beautiful Private community  
beach 1 mile down the road (volleyball net, gazebo, hibachis, trails  
along the lake are all found there), Beaver Cove Marina is next to  
the beach (cold beer and ice found here as well!!). 

Activities and Attractions

Hike, Bike, Fish, kayak, swim, hunt, boat rentals, boat cruises on  
Moosehead, fine restaurants, shopping, sight seeing, helicopter and  
sea-plane tours including Moose sight seeing...classic summer  
vacation town with all the amenities!  you will love it!! 

Vacation Rental Rates

$650 a week Spring and Fall - $850 a week June, July, August (Add $25  
per night for every guest numbering more than 5)
