October - May (Peak Season)
 $ 450.00 per day (3 day minimum)    ( $300.00 Security Deposit)

 $5500.00 per month                  ($1500.00 Security Deposit)

June - September (Off Peak Season)
$ 175.00 per day (3 day minimum)     ( $300.00 Security Deposit)
$ 1000.00 per week                    ( $500.00 Security Deposit)
$2200.00 per month                   ($1500.00 Security Deposit)

***Note: Please inquire about rate if booking during a holiday or a 
special event time, as there may be a holiday premium on the rent. 
All rental rates are subject to change at any time***

Pymnt Methods Accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders, Certified Funds and Personal Checks 
(must clear prior to move-in). 

Cancellation Policy:
If reservation needs to be canceled, (2) months must be give in 
order to receive 100% refund of your securtiy deposit. If 
reservation is canceled any time less than 60 days, 100% of security 
deposit will be FOREFEITED.

Utilities Included:
Electric, water, basic cable & local phone service. Premium cable 
services will be the responsibility of the tenant. 
**Monthly rentals** - up to $150.00 of electric bill is paid by the 
owner, any overage will be paid by the tenant.

Consumable items:
A predetermined amount of paper goods, soaps, cleaning 
supplies,etc., will be provided upon mone-in but will become 
responsibility of the tenant to replenish for personal use.

Owner will not be responsible for bodily injury or loss or damage to 
tenant's personal property. Tenant agrees to abide by all rules and 
regulations of community. Any violations that result in a fine will 
be paid by tenant.
