Weekly rentals are from Saturay to Saturday(1 week min stay during
summer) For last minute specials-shorter periods may be accepted
Check in time is 3:00p.m: Check out time is 10:00a.m.
The above rate does not include Security Deposit, 10.5% Sales and
Resort Taxes, or cleaning service fee of $100.
Rental Policy:
Rental customer must be 25 years of age or older.
Weekly rentals are from Sunday to Sunday.
NO PETS ALLOWED
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED
Total number of guests will be limited to eight (8 persons)
Cleaning Fee: $100

Security Deposit: A security deposit of $250 is required. The
deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure provided there
is no damage or theft to the unit.

The Security Deposit or a portion thereof will be used to offset
expenses incurred if needed because of property damage, theft, or if
additional cleaning and maintenance is required because of Rental
Policy infractions.

To confirm your reservation: One half of the rent is due as an
Advance Rental Deposit. The balance of the rent included the Taxes,
Security Deposit and cleaning Fee, must be received 30 days before
your arrival date. Payments may be in the form of Cashier's Check,
Traverler's Check or Bank Money Order.

Refund Policy

Reservations must me cancelled at least 30 days prior to your
scheduled arrival to receive a full refund of your Rental Deposit.

Severe Weather: If an extreme weather condition occurs during your
stay and a mandatory evacuation notice is issued for Gulf Breeze, a
refund will be ussued and prorated based on the time of your
departure from the property.
