Vacation Rental Description

Available at $160 PER NIGHT for two nights only; a beautiful cabin in 
Munds Park, Arizona, just 20 minutes south of Flagstaff. Located in 
the pines, this romantic TWO BEDROOM, 2 BATH property is a block from 
the forest and one mile from the PINEWOOD GOLF COURSE. 

Clearstory windows look out on trees on all three sides in the great room 
and there is a stone fireplace. The cabin SLEEPS 6 comfortably. The 
master bedroom has a CALIFORNIA KING BED and adjacent private master 
bath with two sinks. There is a DOUBLE BED in the guest bedroom and a 
QUEEN SLEEPER sofa in the great room. The home is updated and has quality 
furniture from both Pier 1 and Robb & Stuckey. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Outside there is a large deck that wraps around the entire cabin. 
There are trees everywhere. With two porch swings and three sets of 
patio furniture, the deck is the perfect place to sit and listen to 
the birds. One tenant calls this cabin The Treehouse. Hang the 
hammock up under a tree, play some horseshoes, or go inside, throw 
a log on the fire and snuggle up with a book and a cup of tea.

Casita Bonita is perfect for entertaining. There are board games and 
puzzles, a stereo/CD player; and 50 popular movies for both adults and 
children. Both the great room and the guest bedroom have CABLE and a 
DVD player/VCR for watching movies. There is a Wireless router for 
INTERNET access.

The cabin has a full-size Weber PROPANE BBQ. The dining table seats 8 
and the kitchen is well equipped with dishes for 12, oven, microwave, 
dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, crockpot and toaster oven. All linens 
such as bath and kitchen towels, bedding, and detergents are provided. 
The cabin has air conditioning, central heat,ceiling fans,washer and dryer.

Pull your car and trailer right in the driveway to unload. The rustic 
storage area under the front deck is perfect for storing snowboards or 
skiis.Be assured that the Casita Bonita is absolutely charming. You will 
feel like you are right at home… it even has firewood and the candles. 
Restore the romance in your life or just escape your responsibilities.

Activities and Attractions

Casita Bonita is on a quiet street with numerous trees. Access the 
Coconino County forest and trails just a block away for hiking, cycling
and ATV use.  Munds Park is at an elevation of about 7000 feet. 
Temperatures are typically 20 to 30 degrees cooler than in the valley.
There is a small lake where fishing is permitted with a license.

     *   Play golf at Pinewood Country Club
     *	Rent an ATV in Munds Park and hit the trails
     *	Drive just 100 miles to visit the Grand Canyon National Park
     *   Enjoy Sedona’s great restaurants, art galleries and shops  
     *	Go to Flagstaff for concerts, theatres, ice skating, 
         skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling
     *   Drive to Williams and ride the Grand Canyon Railroad

Munds Park is located 90 miles north of Phoenix, 19 miles south of 
Flagstaff and 30 miles northeast of Sedona's beautiful red rock formations. 
Sedona has terrific restaurants. Flagstaff also has restaurants, an 
observatory, several museums,hiking trails and a ski area. There are ATV, 
ski and snowboard rental businesses located nearby. Arizona Snowbowl 
ski area is 27 miles north.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Regular Rate: $160/night for multiple night stay or $975/week 
Holiday Rate (three night minimum): $200/night ($1200/holiday week)
Discount available for extended stay
 
$75 cleaning fee (non-refundable)
$200 security deposit (fully refundable)
Pet owners please note that dogs are allowed with prior approval.

The tenant is responsible for leaving the property in good condition.
A cleaning service will provide the basic cleaning of the cabin and 
will wash the linens.(The tenant is responsible for washing his/her 
own dishes.)The property will be inspected promptly after the tenant’s 
departure and the security deposit will be refunded within seven 
business days.

Casita Bonita is strictly a non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE 
on the rear patio only. Sorry, but cats are not allowed under any circumstances.
