Vacation Rental Description

Labor Day and Thankgiving still available!  Week day specials in Sept-Dec(sunday-thursday nights 
$400 per night), weekend specials (fri-sun nights $500 per night) except Thanksgiving and Chrismas 
week, which are $600 per night.
Casa Estrella is a 2400 sqf single family home nestled in the heart 
of the Sonoma Valley. Located in one of the most desireable 
neighborhoods in the Valley of the Moon, this house has it all!
This house is all about the back yard and the activities the 3/4 of 
an acre provides you.  Facing west, every evening enjoy the sunsets 
from the pool deck as the sun turns the leaves from the 90 acre 
vineyard behind the house into a shower of yellow gold!  Or in the 
evening, enjoy the stars from the 4 person hottub, residing just a 
few steps outside the french doors that lead to the master bedroom.
Inside, the master bedroom has a queen sized bed, private 
bathroom with full shower, private access to the hot tub.   The remaining 
bedrooms consist of 2 double beds and one room with two twins.  
Formal dining room, galley kitchen, formal living room, family room and
2 additional full bathrooms makeup the entire house.
A covered patio containing an outdoor bar-b-que, outdoor bar, and 
seating for 12 are at your disposal.  In addition, a 750 sqf 
pool deck with built in bench seating, outdoor fireplace, and 
lighting provide you with another area for fun and relaxation.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Please note: There is a 1500 sqf attached granny unit that houses the property 
caretakers who are onsite and can assist you with any needs you may have regarding 
your stay.  Caretaker will keep the pool and spa ready for your use, as well as tend
to the garden.

Casa Estrella is located 3 miles from downtown Sonoma Plaza where 
Four Star restaurants await your reservation, 1 mile from your 
massage at the Sonoma Mission Inn and is literally surrounded by 
wineries, including Valley of the Moon Winery, Benziger Winery, Arrowwood 
Winery, Sebastiani, Gundlach-Bundschu, Buena Vista... you get the 
idea!
On the Sonoma Plaza, enjoy live music, great meals, bars, Art 
Galleries, Spa Treatments, Wine Tastings... the works!

Vacation Rental Rates

Casa Estrella is now available all year long.  The rates vary depending
on the time of year.  Rates are $500-750 per night (depending on the season), with a 2 night 
minimum, 4-8 people. 
Holidays require a 3 night minimum.
Weekly rates are $2400-3000 per week (depending on the season). 
In addition to the rates, we must collect a 9% Transient Occupancy Tax for Sonoma 
County.
