(Nekoosa), Wisconsin, offers an affordable alternative to hotel or
motel lodging. Located on Hwy Z in Rome, Wisconsin, just 0.6 miles
from Barnum Bay Marina and Lake Petenwell.

4 bedrooms, 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 with a double bed and 2 single
beds in the loft (the favorite hangout of most of the kids who visit).

2 Full Baths with showers.

Fully equipped kitchen comes complete with dinnerware, pots & pans,
small appliances and gadgets, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker
...all the comforts of home are provided.

Washer and dryer in the lower level.

Gas heat and central air conditioning plus a gas fireplace in the
family room make this a perfect year around weekend or week-long
getaway.

Enjoy the view from a wall of windows, where you will find a
beautiful, professionally landscaped, park-like yard. The flower
gardens burst with color from Spring to Fall.

Outside, there is a partially covered deck surrounding the home, as
well as a recessed patio area with charcoal grill and patio furniture
for your outdoor dining pleasure. There is a paved driveway and lots
of parking area, for storing your recreational toys.

Close to beaches, dining, attractions, golfing, boating, horseback
riding, canoeing, cross-country skiing and more. Relaxation or
exhilarating activities...the choice is yours!

After a few days at our place, you'll return home with a big happy
smile on your face and lots of great memories. Don't be surprised
when you receive periodic visits from the locals (deer, wild turkeys)

Children's playground is also located nearby at Lake
Arrowhead.

Many restaurants are available in the surrounding area.

If you're seeking ATV or snowmobiling adventures, miles and miles
of ATV and groomed snowmobile trails await your travels.

We have provided a brochure and map with colored dots to show you where the
favorite local attractions and restaurants are located.
