• No cleaning fee for stays of 3 nights or more
• 2 night stays require a $50.00 cleaning fee

Spring Season (March 1-May 26)....................................$125/night 

• Spring weekly rate is 7 nights for $799.00 (114.14 per night)

Peak Season (May 27-Dec 22) ...................................... $149/night

• 4 night minimum stay during June/July/August 
• 3 night minimum stay during Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec
• Stay 6 nights, Get 7th night FREE. Save $149 plus tax from May 23-Dec. 31 only.  Free night does not apply during off season.

October Weekends & Peak Season Holidays ............. $175/night 

• 3 night minimum stay at holiday rate
• Holidays include Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day

Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years .......................... $195/night 

• Major holiday periods have a 5 night minimum stay

• We're very pet friendly--larger breeds and multiple dogs welcome.  Non-refundable pet fee of $50/pet per stay.  Adult dogs only.  All pet stays must be approved in advance.
• $200 down payment due within 7 days of your reservation; balance due 30 days prior to your check in.
