Minimum stay-one week

$650-$850 Weekly depending on time of the year (Higher during peak winter
season) Peak season is Dec 20th - April 30th.  $2100-$2400 monthly.
$100-300 Refundable deposit plus a $90 cleaning fee.

Half the rental fee is required to confirm your reservation, whichthen becomes non-refundable.
Balance of rent, deposit, and cleaning fee is due 30 day prior to arrival, unless arrival time is less than 30 days away from when the reservation has been made-then the full amount is due and payable to confirm reservation
Reservations made 30 days or less
prior to arrival date will require full payment for confirmation and
will then become non-refundable.
