Fully equipped 2 bedroom/2 bath condominium within an hour of all 
Central Florida attractions including Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal 
Studios. Even closer to Cape Kennedy. Condominium project is 
oceanfront, however, THIS UNIT IS NOT OCEANVIEW, which makes the 
rates more reasonable for this complex. Just a walk down the hall 
gets you to the beach! You still enjoy all the on site amenities. 
This is a very "child friendly" complex. Your kids will love it!

This unit has been completely remodeled with all new furnishings in 
kind of a cottage-shabby chic/vintage beach type decor.... NOT YOUR 
TYPICAL BEACH CONDO DECOR!! 

Minimum rental age is 25. 

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING

Full Kitchen/Screened Porch/Multiple TV's/Cable/DVD/VCR  

Queen bed in the master bedroom with separate dressing area away from

Vacation Rental Rates

$650-$900 Weekly depending on time of the year

$2100 - $2500 per monthly depending on the time of the year.

$100-300 Refundable deposit plus an $85 cleaning fee.
             
Half the rental fee is required to confirm your reservation, which then becomes non-refundable. 
Balance of rent, deposit, and cleaning fee is due 30 day prior to arrival, unless arrival time is 
less than 30 days away from when the reservation has been made. Reservations made 30 days or less 
prior to arrival date will require full payment for confirmation and will then become non-refundable.
