$100 Cleaning Fee / $250 Refundable Deposit (at time of booking) / 10%

Cancellation Policy: a full or partial refund of rental fee and/or 
security deposit may be made dependent on Owner's ability to rent to 
other parties for the specified rental period. Refunds are at sole 
the discretion of the Owner, and no refunds will be made due to 
inclement weather or road conditions.
