Casa Jauja is located at the southern end of Fort Myers Beach is prestigious Lagona Shores subdivision.  This home is a modern, two bedroom, two full bath home, complete with everything to make your vacation a memorable experience.  The owners have lovingly put many unique features and eclectic décor into this one of a kind home. 

Upon entering the home you’ll notice the openness of the floor plan.  The great room is bright and colorful, with a  living area, complete with flat screen TV, dining room, island, and full kitchen. 

Flanking the great room you’ll find two bedrooms, each with their own private full bathroom.  The master has a queen size bed and in-room TV.  It opens to the screened in lanai overlooking the pool below.  The guest bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds for a total of 4 separate beds.  Combined this home sleeps 6 maximum.

For our guests with allergies, this home has been designed both pet free and smoke free.  Wireless high speed internet and your own private washer and dryer are also included. 

The exterior decks and pool area of this home are what set this home apart from any other.  The owners have an artistic flare and have hand decorated and painted murals and various art work though out for your visual pleasure.  The upper deck is expansive with numerous, fully screened in sitting areas and a Tiki Bar.  Walk among the tops of the trees up here in this area.  The owner tells us that one of his climbing plants in the yard is the one that Adam and Eve used as covering.  Hence why we’ve named this the Garden of Eden!

Cool off on those hot days in your private in-ground pool.  Curl up and relax with a good book under one of the many garden nook areas pool side, or soak up the Florida sun on one of the loungers.  A Tiki Bar is also located pool side for your use.

Phones, air conditioning, Cable TV’s, full kitchen with all amenities, microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils provided, linens provided, washer, dryer, in ground pool, fully fenced yard, lounge chairs, gas grill (BBQ), beach towels, iron and ironing board, housekeeping and turn down service available.

This home is conveniently located close to many shops, the islands executive style public golf course and many restaurants.  Walk to numerous restaurants, shops, ride the bike path to see the island, or catch the trolley into Times Square or Bonita Springs. 

Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars.  Charter boats, jet ski’s and parasailing rentals are within walking distance.  Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat or take the Key West Ferry for a day adventure to Key West.  Catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars, enjoy great restaurants and fantastic shopping.  Looking for something to do after the beach?  There are numerous golf courses, mini golf, frisbee golf, libraries, a movie theater, water park, and much, much more.  Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure.

This home is only available for rental during season – not in the off season

Christmas, New Years Weeks and Easter Weeks ………. $1900/week

Add a departure cleaning fee of $90, 11% FL Sales Tax, a $40 nonrefundable booking fee and a $40 damage waiver fee. Rates include all utilities.  Arrival/departure days of the week are flexible to fit your vacation schedule.
