Spacious 1 bedroom w/queen bed.  Private full bath. Cable TV.  2nd 
full bath off hall.  Full size washer & dryer.  Fully equipped 
kitchen with all the amenities (dishes, pots & pans, silverware, 
etc.).  Dishwasher and garbage disposal.  Huge living room and 
dining area.  Living room has queen sleeper sofa, 32inch TV 
w/DVD&VCR.  Sony CD Stereo.  2 telephones w/free local calling.  
Ceiling fans in Bedroom and Kitchen. Iron and Ironing Board. 

Privately owned.  This unit is NONSMOKING and sorry but NO pets are 
allowed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

These condos are located at Royal Garden Resort, a 16 story concrete 
and steel building directly on the beach in Garden City Beach, SC.  
The resort features an oceanfront outdoor pool, kiddies pool, 
shuffleboard, spacious heated indoor pool, kiddies pool, whirlpool 
hot tub and sauna, on-site parking, snack bar (with room service 
availability), grills for your use, ice cream shop, game room, gift 
shop, and 3 elevators.  Kid friendly.  Wireless Internet also available
in unit.

Activities and Attractions

This beach unit is a great "family" vacation spot.  Located just 
south of Myrtle, ~10 minutes from the Airport and 20 minutes from 
downtown Myrtle Beach and is a more relaxed, less crowded and family 
oriented town.  Also just minutes from Garden City Pier or Surfside 
Pier where you can enjoy pier dining, arcade, fishing, and live 
bands.  Just minutes away you'll find Murrells Inlet's famous 
restaurant row, downtown Myrtle Beach, amusement parks, Broadway at 
the Beach, and lots of live entertainment!  The beach, golf, tennis, 
amusement/water parks, fishing, shopping, restaurants, theater, 
cinemas, surfing, sightseeing, and boating are just some of the 
activities available.

availability and price.  Until confirmed, rates are subject to 
change without notice.
