doors from your large living room to your spacious front porch where you  
can watch beautiful sunsets, people watch, sun yourself or enjoy a  
cocktail while relaxing and cooking out on your gasgrill with plenty of  
seating.  Beautiful white sandy beaches. this is one of the few beaches left where it is not overrun  
by construction and tourism, many times I have taken walks and not seen more than a handful of  
people. 
Brand new furnishings, completeley remodeled. Large fully stocked kitchen with full size  
refrigerator, freezer and stove. 1 bedroom includes queen size serta perfect sleeper matress, new  
comfortable sleeper sofa and brushed suede futon sleeper, lounger, sofa. Sleeps and seats 6 very  
comfortably. All linens and towels provided.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heated pool with tables and chairs, washer and dryer, 2 tvs with cable and dvd players, free  
wireless internet access, 2 seperate heat and air units for bedroom and living area. 
large front and back porch with patio furniture. Also beach and pool chairs, towels, pool noodles,  
boogie boards, umbrella and beach toys. Volleyball nets set up on the beach...volleyball provided in  
the room.

Within walking distance of famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk 
or Treasure Island where you will find many restaurants with lots of  
fresh seafood, homemade ice cream beach apparel, wine tasting and everything in

Spring rates- 145 per night (3 night min), 900 per week, and 3200 month
