This duplex actually has two units- one complete 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath apartment upstairs and one complete apartment below it with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each apartment has its own entrance and are completely self sufficient with
separate keyed entrys. Rent one or both.   

The upstairs apartment has a nice kitchen with center island cooktop 
and everything you need to cook comfortably in your home away from 
home. Old Florida charm abounds in this unit with it's original 
wooden floors and ceilings.  It has two full bedrooms with either a queen or full size bed in each and two additional futons that act as couches in the living area which can open up to accommodate extra guests.

The downstairs unit has mexican tile throughout. The kitchen is smaller in this downstairs unit but still large enough to cook your meals in if you choose to.  It has two full baths and two bedrooms, each with a queen size or full size bed and an additional futon in the main living area that could sleep a couple of kids or an adult.

Bradenton Beach is located on Anna Maria Island on the West Coast of
Florida. Sarasota and Longboat Key are nearby and Tampa is just one
hour north. Sought-after Anna Maria Island has some of the most
unspoiled beaches in the area. Wake up and start your day by deciding
whether you'd rather lay lazily on the beach, shop at world famous
St. Armand's Circle (just 15 minutes away), catch the free trolley to
explore the rest of Anna Maria Island or maybe drive to a nearby golf
course to play a round of golf or maybe you'd enjoy a game of
tennis. If your family is in tow- you might want to explore some of
the theme parks within an hour or two of this area.
In the evening, simply walk across the street with a cool drink in
hand to watch one of the most gorgeous sunsets you may see in your
life and of course figure out which great restaurant you want to try
for dinner tonight!

Anna Maria Island has all the amenities you need for a relaxing
tropical vacation without ever needing to go back to the mainland,
