Lovely apartment with a wonderful terrace 15 minutes far from downtown. Economic and breakfast included.
The apartment is located in Rome in the residential and elegant district of "Colli d’oro" between the Via Flaminia and the Via Cassia, one of the greenest areas of Rome. The house is very bright and has a wonderful panoramic terrace of 20 square meters.
It consists of an entrance hall, service room, bathroom, kitchen, combined bedroom, living room and a large terrace of 20 square meters, just perfect for breakfast and meals in the warmer months.
In 15 minutes by underground you will be to Piazza del Popolo. Since the apartment adjacent to the main house, the owner offers free transfer to the underground stop.

The apartment, which can accomadate up 4 people, is equipped with security door, double glazing, central heating, air-conditioning, safe and complimentary wireless internet.
Kitchen: The modern kitchen is fully equipped with: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, gas stove top, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, juicer, blender, Lavazza Espresso coffee machine, pots, crockery, cutlery and TV. In addition, everything needed to prepare a full breakfast is provided and as welcome gift, ingredients for a snack of pasta and fresh fruit are provided in the refrigerator.
The combined bedroom and living room is furnished with a queen sized bed and sofa wich converts into 2 single beds. It is also a desk, radio and CD palyer, color TV and DVD player.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub with shower, toilet and bidet as well as a hair dryer, towels and soaps.
The service room contains a washing machine, three cabinets with drawers, shoe storage and cleaning equipment, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
The terrace is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture for enjoying the scenary or relaxing breakfast and meals.

The owners also offer complimentary transfer to and from the metro stop, so that with only 15 minutes will be center.

10% discount for stays of a week and 15% for stays longer than one week.

Optional: Special Italian Dinner for Euro 15,00 per person.
