One in a Million is a gorgeous 6000 square foot vacation
home. Located at The Point of Emerald Isle, it offers both ocean and
sound front views out your back door. Locals & regular vacationers
prefer this area due to the wide sandy beaches and great surf
fishing. Terrific fishing for Spot, Blue, Flounder, & more right
off the private dock where you can also tie up your boat, jet ski or
kayak! Private pool and hot tub both provide amazing private views! This
vacation home is definitely One in a Million! Check the photos to
see all of the panoramic views from this beautiful home - Inlet,
Beach & Sound views! Inquire for additional photos. Also email Carolyn at contact email for extensive photos taken within last month! Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.-No exceptions please. No smoking and no pets please. No credit card payments. Pool cannot be heated at this time. if you wish to bring your boat and use the lift, please let us know this upfront. There is an additional charge for lift use of $150.00.
