The cottages are brand new! They are fully equipped with brand-name
appliances, reclaimed barn wood hardwood floors, fresh linens on the beds and towel hung ready for your use, and much more.
These cottages can sleep up to 9 people, so the whole family can
come along.  There are 3 bedrooms plus a loft with a single bed and 3 full baths.

2013 RATES:

2-night minimum +NC Tax (6.75%) + Standard Cleaning Fee ($125)

Rental includes boat slip. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

For Long Term Rentals, there will be a Cleaning fee of $250 plus 2 night Damage Deposit required.
