Vacation Rental Description

Wonderful Vacation home!  This is a recently furnished condominium 
home in a beautiful gated Key Largo community known as Landings of 
Largo.  The unit is wonderful and feels just like home.  Recently 
replaced floors in bedrooms and also recently furnished with new 
mattresses, new bedding, new linens, paint, and much more.

Located on the first floor,  Two bedrooms, two baths, living room, 
dining room, full kitchen with all amenities, and private 
washer/dryer inside unit.  Two assigned parking spaces right at  
your door.  Queen size bed in master bedroom with interior master 
bathroom.  The second bedroom has two twin beds with other full 
bathroom immediately across bedroom.  TVs are located in the master 
bedroom and in the living room.

Vacation Rental Amenities

 - Unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a washer and dryer inside 
unit.  
 - This gated community with security has 2 heated pools.  One 
smaller pool sits 20 feet from your sliding glass doors - 
practically feels like your own private pool!  The larger pool is 
just a minute walk from your front door.  Chickee huts and lounge 
chairs at both pools. 
 - Central air conditioning and heater 
 - Washer/ dryer inside unit
 - Telephone and Internet Hookup available
 - 2 TVs (Cable TV) with DVD and VHS access
 - Charcoal BBQ in patio
 - Kitchen with all amenities including microwave
 - Full marina with ramp
 - Boat slips available for rental
 - 2 tennis courts,  1 racquetball court
 - Clubhouse with flat screen TV, games & books

Located at Mile Marker 98, Key Largo is the first island as you 
enter the Florida Keys.  It is just a 1 hour drive from Miami or a 
two hour drive from Key West.  Simply relax and enjoy this tropical 
climate by the pool or in your own private screened terrace. 

Play a game of tennis or racquetball, take a swim in either pool, 
fish off the lovely pier, launch a kayak, or visit the community 
room and find wonderful books to read while meeting other guests.  
Full boat marina with launching ramp right on the premises.

Enjoy strolls down the long pier where you can enjoy the beautiful 
sunsets - truly a spectacular view!  Just minutes away, you have 
endless restaurants, shops, a movie theater, public library, and so 
much more.  Minutes from John Pennekanp underwater sanctuary.

Low Season  .. May-Oct .. $1,400/month
Other Season  .. Nov-Dec ..$1,300/month
High Season  .. Jan-Apr .. $2,500/month
$500 Security Deposit, refunded within 7 days of inspection after  
departure.
$50 Processing Fee for Condo Association Parking Permit Fee
$100 Exit Cleaning Fee
