Spectacular, newly remodeled 1450 square foot condo with 2  
bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and den. Just steps  
from the beach.  Sleeps 6 comfortably. 
 
All beautiful new furnishings. Second floor corner unit with many  
many windows. Sunroom provides wonderful breeze and area to relax.  
Ceiling fans through out. All light and bright! Flooring is ceramic  
tile, hardwood and carpet in bedrooms. This unit is one of only 6  
units. Very quiet.  
 
Master bedroom has a queen bed and spacious walk in closet. The  
master shower has a tub and large double sinks. The second bedroom  
has a queen bed and large walk in closet. The second bathroom also  
has tub and shower. There is a large linen closet in the hall.  
 
The living room and den both have pull out couches. All the couches  
are new - Natuzzi leather!  
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, pans and  
the other essentials of home
