Welcome to the beautiful Pocono’s where the air is crisp and fresh.
This beautiful brand new Town house, situated on the top of a wooded
hill and on a golf corse has everything you could want in a vacation
home and more. We are right next to Shawne ski mountain. Everything
is new and clean. This is the perfect
getaway which offers a peaceful, quiet environment, as well as an
abundance of day and evening activities for all ages. This is the
perfect alternative to crowded Hotels and Inns.
Our home is conveniently located off Route 209, just two hours from
New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia. It is the center of many
activates which include golfing, swimming, kayaking, hiking, skiing,
etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a breakfast island and dining
area to enjoy meals. The fireplace is the focal point of a romantic
setting for those crisp winter nights. The master bathroom features
a large bath tub for ultimate relaxation. The bedrooms are private.
I know you will fall in love with the Pocono’s as so many of us
have. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Vacation Rental Rates
$1050 a week, $650 a weekend, $1600 for christmas week,$1600 for New
Years Week, $1600 for Memorial day Week, $1600 for 4th of July Week,
$1600 for Labor day Week, $1600 for Thanksgiving Week. A weekend is
check in on a friday and check out on a sunday. Any pert of a stay
on a weekend incures a weekend rate. Additional weekday nights are
$150, except fot the holiday weeks stated above. A 20% refundable
deposit and payment in full is required prior to your arival. We
accept credit cards, checks , and wires.
